Program Manager, Portfolio Management - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking various project, program, and portfolio information, working closely with team members to support initiatives aligned with the company’s R&D governance.

• Responsible for portfolio level reports and governance dashboards.
• Manage governance meetings and track action items.

• Participate in staff meetings.
• 5+ years experience in relevant fields.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree or Master’s Degree with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a global team setting.
• Logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Life Sciences or clinical development preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills.
