Overview

The Division Sales Manager for Solid Tumor will lead a team to develop and execute strategies that exceed sales goals while managing a team of Account Managers.

Requirements

  • B.A. / B.S. degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and management.
  • Solid Tumor experience preferred.
  • Understanding of reimbursement and managed care processes.
  • Experience with national/corporate accounts.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strategic sales focus.
  • Self-starting and independent work style.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
