Manager, Clinical Supply Chain - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Clinical Supply Chain is responsible for managing drug supply activities for clinical programs, ensuring accurate supply to patients while minimizing waste and risk.

• Manage drug supply activities related to planning, label development, and distribution.
• Develop and oversee supply plans to ensure continuous supply.
• Represent Clinical Supply Chain to internal stakeholders and manage external relationships.
• Create supply and inventory plans and develop production schedules.
• Monitor production schedules and manage GMP inventory.
• Oversee daily activities for labeling and distribution vendors.
• Investigate exceptions and implement corrective actions.
• Support IRT user acceptance testing and supply strategy development.
• Coordinate bulk shipments and maintain import licenses.
• Assist in process documentation and ensure deliverables are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
• Working knowledge of clinical supply best practices and IRT systems.
• Experience in a cGMP environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
