Associate Director, Regulatory Business Operations - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Regulatory Business Operations will play a critical role in enabling our company’s expanding external partnership model, connecting Business Development, Regulatory functions, Finance, and Governance.

In Short

• Lead the intake and triage management for BD-initiated opportunities.
• Develop and maintain tools for resource and capacity planning.
• Coordinate governance forums related to external partnerships.
• Maintain the central tracker for all BD-related opportunities.
• Provide project management support for high-priority external engagements.
• Support strategic planning and prioritization.
• Ensure timely follow-up and alignment across Regulatory functions.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with SMEs for opportunity characterization.
• Act as an operational extension of the Chief of Staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ or master's degree with 6+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or related fields.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with resource planning and operational analytics.
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Comfort in operating in ambiguity.
• Preferred experience in BD and external partnerships.
• Familiarity with Regulatory processes across clinical development.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools.
• Background in consulting or business operations.
