In Short

• Work directly with the Head of Category Growth & Enterprise Partnerships.
• Drive revenue, projects, and operational improvements.
• Monitor core KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion).
• Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
• Improve reporting structure and dashboard clarity.
• Own smaller initiatives end-to-end.
• Support strategic efforts tied to enterprise deals.
• Map workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Analyze sales performance and pipeline dynamics.
• Gain exposure to enterprise partnerships and commercial decision-making.

Requirements

• Master’s student or final-year Bachelor’s.
• Background in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or similar.
• At least one relevant internship (startup, consulting, e-commerce, operations).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Analytical thinking.
• High ownership mindset.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Fluent English.
