Overview

The Associate Director of Operations is responsible for the strategic oversight and daily management of the Student Account Operations team in the Office of the Bursar, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of student financial transactions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in student accounts or higher education financial operations.
  • Knowledge of billing processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership and staff management abilities.
  • Experience with ERP and third-party payment systems.
  • Strong background in process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
