Overview

The Associate Director, Operations will provide strategic and operational support to the Area Head of Clinical Site Management, ensuring alignment with clinical development operations and stakeholder projects.

• Lead and develop strategic recommendations for functional areas.
• Support Area Head in communicating leadership vision and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master of Science or PhD in a relevant field with significant clinical operations experience.
• Knowledge of project management, finance, and budgeting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and operations management experience.
• Broad-based experience in multiple functions within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
