• Manage and optimize outbound logistics for timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for shipments.
• Oversee inventory control processes for optimal stock levels.
• Develop demand forecasting models to anticipate customer needs.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement predictive analytics for supply chain disruptions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations in biotech.
• Strong knowledge of global supply chain considerations.
• Understanding of drug development and supply planning techniques.
• Proficiency in GMP/GCP processes and import/export requirements.
• Knowledge of trade compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
