Manager, Clinical Supply Chain - Remote

Overview

Avidity Biosciences is seeking a Manager, Clinical Supply Chain, who will drive execution of the supply strategy across all clinical programs, managing inventory and ensuring compliance with regulations.

In Short

• Manage inventory at depots and clinical sites.
• Monitor IRT and manage label proofs.
• Assist with deviations and nonconformances.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and FDA guidelines.
• Support clinical packaging and drug inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations for inventory management.
• Provide support for regulatory filings.
• Maintain adherence to applicable regulations.
• Support Managed Access Program supply.
• Write Clinical Supply SOPs as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related field required; Advanced Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain.
• Experience with third-party CMOs and cGMP clinical supplies.
• Knowledge of IRT system use and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Experience with Excel and clinical forecasting systems.
• Experience supplying clinical product to multiple regions.
• Proven collaboration with external providers.
• Experience with infusion-based therapies required.
