Manager, IKC Program Management - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Program Management, will help lead the growth and development for our Chronic Special Needs Plans (C-SNP) and other Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, reporting into DaVita’s Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Program Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years of work experience preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare and Value-based care preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Skilled in developing presentations and analytics.
• Strong relationship building abilities.
• Personal values aligned with DaVita's core values.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
