In Short

• Own a variety of people & talent management programs.
• Be the face of onboarding for new hires.
• Support iteration of existing programs and development of new ones.
• Manage performance management and succession planning initiatives.
• Conduct engagement survey analysis & design.
• Work in the New York City office at least 2 days a week.
• Remote work available for up to 4 weeks per year.
• Collaborate with senior management across the organization.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data for program validation.
• Lead in-person and remote enablement sessions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in program management.
• Cross-functional experience with senior management.
• Ability to analyze data for program features.
• Experience in leading onboarding programs.
