Overview

The Manager, Program Management, will help lead the growth and development for our Chronic Special Needs Plans (C-SNP) and other Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, focusing on operational efficiencies and program strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years of work experience, preferably in consulting and corporate strategy.
• Experience in Healthcare and Value-based care preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
• Strong relationship-building skills in complex organizations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
