Overview

The Account Manager – Targeted Accounts will contribute to BeOne’s sales objectives by performing assigned sales activities, focusing on promoting BeOne’s Hematology and Solid Tumor products.

In Short

  • Promotes BeOne’s products through calls on targeted physicians.
  • Implements sales, marketing, and patient support programs.
  • Trains and educates physician support staff.
  • Maintains communication with Market Access and Customer Enterprise teams.
  • Identifies customer prescribing trends and territory dynamics.
  • Completes all required clinical and sales training.
  • Performs administrative functions, including reporting and expense submission.
  • Ensures compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Engages in developing new business opportunities.
  • Willing to travel 50-75% of the time.

Requirements

  • B.A. / B.S. degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and sales management.
  • Strong understanding of oncology and specialty sales.
  • Ability to analyze key performance indicators.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Proven track record in customer service and results orientation.
  • Spanish speaking ability is highly desirable.
  • Self-starting and self-managing work style.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
