The EMEA Senior Payroll Specialist will manage the payroll function for designated countries in EMEA, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with regulations while collaborating with HR colleagues and third-party payroll providers.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities within EMEA.
  • Input and organize payroll data accurately.
  • Analyze payroll data for trends and compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in multinational payroll environments.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing in EMEA countries.
  • Experience with Workday is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are an asset.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with payroll software and tools.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
  • High ethical standards and dependability.
