Senior Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting the payroll processes for several countries, working remotely and reporting to the Global Payroll Manager.

In Short

• Prepare monthly data input for assigned payrolls.
• Prepare compensation elements, accruals, and journal entries.
• Maintain pension and third-party payroll requirements.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure process excellence.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Support employees with payroll-related inquiries.
• Assist with project implementation tasks and audits.
• Experience in regulatory compliance audits for US payroll.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of payroll experience and fluent in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with global payroll providers, UKG preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation for Spain, UK, and US.
• Ability to take ownership of payroll processes.
• Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup).
