Overview

The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of multi-state payroll processing for employees across the US, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery while overseeing payroll procedures and compliance.

• Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll for all U.S. employees accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws.
• Standardize and consistently follow payroll processes and procedures.
• Administer employee deductions, garnishments, benefits, and other adjustments.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for reporting and audits.
• Manage payroll tax filings with ADP and ensure timely payments.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records.
• Support during audits and regulatory reviews.

Requirements
