Senior Payroll Specialist - EMEA - Remote

Overview

The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payrolls across 17 countries in the EMEA region, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with various departments.

• Process payroll for approximately 1000 employees across 17 EMEA countries.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with regulations.
• Manage payroll data integrity across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with Benefits and HR teams for seamless payroll operations.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
• Work with external payroll vendors to ensure service delivery.
• Prepare necessary documentation for authorities and institutions.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
• Participate in collaboration with Finance and HR departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of payroll experience in EMEA.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in communication, both written and verbal.
• Expert knowledge of EMEA and India compliance.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM and ADP Celergo preferred.
• Expertise in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
