Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing for consultants and technical roles.
• Strong understanding of fast-paced recruiting.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize.
• Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Breezy, Lever, Greenhouse).
• Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot or RevOps roles.
