HR Data Administrator - Remote

Overview

Aptitude 8 is looking to add an HR Data Administrator to our People Operations team. The HR Data Administrator will play a vital role in supporting our People Operations department by assisting with core business system administration, reporting, and maintaining employee information while ensuring data integrity and hygiene across all systems.

In Short

• Manage employee data in core business systems.
• Ensure data privacy and adherence to labor laws.
• Provide oversight of core business systems.
• Maintain the HRIS system and troubleshoot issues.
• Compute payroll and ensure data accuracy.
• Process payroll runs and prepare reports for audits.
• Support HR projects and answer employee inquiries.
• Experience in a fully remote work environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, HR, or Operations.
• Highly adept at Excel and familiar with Salesforce.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, HR, or Operations.
• Understanding of HR and business data and processes.
• Experience in Salesforce or comparable CRM.
• Highly adept at Excel including data manipulation.
• Experience in Rippling or comparable HRIS systems.
• Experience processing payroll in ADP or similar systems.
• Must have prior experience in a fully remote work environment.
• Tech-savvy and curious about learning new technologies.
