Overview

Aidoc is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support the hiring efforts of several business units. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles while partnering closely with hiring managers.

In Short

• Contract Recruiter position for 3-6 months with possible extension
• Fully remote position, based anywhere in the US
• Manage full cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Utilize direct sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates
• Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate hiring data in the ATS
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers
• Strong understanding of Aidoc’s mission and solutions required
• 5+ years of recruitment experience needed
• Experience in enterprise Saas and healthcare preferred

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in full cycle recruitment
• Experience in enterprise Saas solutions required
• Healthcare or healthtech industry experience preferred
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with HR software and ATS
• Ability to provide references upon request
