Overview

Citizen is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions across the organization. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to design effective recruitment strategies, attract top talent, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to fill roles independently.
• Experience managing recruiting coordination and logistics.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools: Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
