• Temporary position as a Senior Recruiter to assist in 2025 hiring efforts.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process.
• Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition operations teams.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders.
• Directly source candidates through various methods.
• Champion structured interview processes.
• Manage offers and negotiations.
• Role estimated to last 8 months.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years of experience closing complex offers at senior levels.
• Strong sourcing capabilities.
• Experience in an in-house recruitment team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Collaborative problem-solver.
• Familiarity with HR databases and ATS.
• Workday and Greenhouse experience is a plus.
