In Short

  • Provide excellent support to globally-based clients.
  • Handle requests via various communication channels.
  • Coordinate production incidents and handle proactive alerts.
  • Work in shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Resolve escalated incoming client issues by phone and email.
  • Filter support tickets and prioritize complex issues.
  • Document issue statuses and provide updates to management.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Enable knowledge transfer within the global Support department.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL.
  • Experience in navigating complex support scenarios.
  • Customer-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with experience in a start-up environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Zendesk, Slack.
