• Serve as an extension of the CEO to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
• Optimize cross-functional collaboration and drive operational excellence.
• Act as a trusted adviser and thought partner to the CEO.
• Prepare and refine presentations, analyses, and reports for board meetings and investor updates.
• Manage the operational cadence of the CEO and leadership team.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team.
• Lead and execute special projects as required.
• Manage the executive assistant to the CEO.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Collaborate with CFO and VP Operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth SaaS roles.
• MBA from a top-tier institution.
• Familiarity with SaaS business dynamics.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Ability to build trust with senior executives.
