Who You Are:


This role will have primary responsibility for all medical aspects pertaining to assigned clinical studies in multiple oncology indications. This role works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of studies conducted within the oncology portfolio to ensure the program meets the needs of patients and the business. This role will influence both internal and external audiences in a high-impact, prominent role as it actively contributes to the dynamic and innovative culture within BridgeBio.

Requirements

  • Experience in operational and program management within drug development.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech industry and drug development trends.
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced degree in science or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals.
  • Evidence of strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and hiring plans.
  • Experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
