The Recruiter (Contract) at JLL will manage candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, helping to shape a brighter future in real estate through effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Search firm experience is a plus.
• Ability to establish relationships across all organization levels.
• Familiarity with project management and engineering talent populations preferred.
• Team player with independent working abilities.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment results.
