Allara is a comprehensive women’s health provider that specializes in expert, longitudinal care that supports women through every life stage. They are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to lead full-cycle, in-house recruitment and help scale their network of providers across the U.S.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles.

• Manage job postings and candidate tracking within ATS.
• Partner with hiring leaders on recruitment efforts.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience.
• Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Monitor and report on hiring metrics.
• Stay informed on licensure and hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Talent team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical recruitment experience.
• Telehealth recruitment experience is required.
• Start-up experience preferred.
• Expert sourcing skills.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems.
• Organized and proactive.
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
• Passionate about women’s health.
• Data-driven and adaptable.

Benefits

• Compensation: $70–$80/hour.
• Schedule: 32 weekly hours.
• Job Type: 1099 with potential transition to W2.
