Overview

DroneDeploy is seeking a driven, strategic, and resourceful Technical Recruiter to help transform reality capture and site intelligence. This role offers the opportunity to partner with hiring managers and executives, managing searches across R&D and supporting non-technical roles when needed.

Requirements

• Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS.
• Ability to manage 10–15 roles per quarter.
• Strong experience with ATS and sourcing platforms.
• A data-driven mindset for reporting and acting on metrics.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Self-directed and thrive in ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings.
