Overview

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Koala Health, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that engage, convert, and retain customers, supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across digital channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in lifecycle or acquisition marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical and optimization mindset.
• Experience measuring and reporting lifecycle performance.
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
