At Koala Health, we are focused on making managing pet health simple and delightful. We are looking for a Director, Consumer Marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies.

In Short

• Own the full E-commerce marketing funnel from acquisition to repeat purchase.
• Collaborate with key teams to optimize digital touchpoints.
• Leverage audience data for product positioning and retention strategies.
• Analyze marketing funnel metrics including CAC-LTV and ROAS.
• Drive brand awareness and maintain brand guidelines.
• Manage the marketing calendar for campaign alignment.
• Develop co-marketing strategies with partner clinics.
• Execute segmented campaigns across multiple channels.
• Continuously analyze performance to improve retention metrics.
• Lead a small marketing team to execute campaigns efficiently.

Requirements

• 7+ years in E-commerce, Growth, or Digital Marketing.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Expertise in marketing systems and tools, preferably Braze.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven strategy skills.
• Strong mix of strategic vision and execution skills.
• Highly organized and adaptable to dynamic environments.
