• Design programs for customer engagement and retention.
• Partner with sales leadership to define marketing-sourced pipeline goals.
• Track and analyze key marketing metrics for data-driven decision making.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering professional development.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Marketing Leadership, particularly in B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech.
• Proven success in product marketing and integrated campaign execution.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
