This role goes beyond traditional administrative work — it requires strategic judgment, anticipation of needs, and flawless execution to ensure the CEO’s time is optimized and priorities are managed. The right candidate thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and acts as an extension of the CEO in driving alignment across leadership.

In Short

  • Support the CEO with calendar and meeting management.
  • Draft and triage emails, surfacing urgent matters.
  • Prepare key documents and presentations.
  • Manage travel and logistics with foresight.
  • Maintain relationships and plan communications.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years supporting C-suite executives.
  • Strong background in technology/SaaS or related fields.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.
  • Mastery of calendar and meeting management.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Trusted relationship-builder.
  • Operational flexibility beyond traditional EA scope.
