Director of Marketing - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution across 100x Hospitality’s two core business verticals: 100x Presents and Artist & Event Services.

In Short

• Lead marketing strategy and execution for live music events and artist services.
• Audit and rebuild marketing frameworks within the first 30–60 days.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans to support brand and revenue goals.
• Identify growth opportunities through trend analysis and performance data.
• Champion the use of AI tools to improve efficiency and creative output.
• Lead integrated campaigns across various channels.
• Build year-round engagement strategies for customer retention.
• Track and report on key performance indicators.
• Uphold brand standards across all creative outputs.
• Manage a marketing team and external agency partners.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of marketing experience in live events, entertainment, travel, or hospitality.
• Proven experience executing full-cycle campaigns.
• Strong background in data analysis and CRM tools.
• Experience leading teams and managing agencies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Mailchimp, and AI platforms.
