Overview

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for owning lead intake, segmentation, and nurture across IYF’s full marketing funnel, translating demand generation strategy into well-executed journeys that engage funders, partners, employers, and donors.

In Short

  • Own lead intake and lifecycle stage management.
  • Design and optimize nurture journeys for key audiences.
  • Lead email marketing strategy beyond newsletter production.
  • Build and maintain marketing automation workflows.
  • Produce regular performance reporting on funnel health.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Programs teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Hands-on role focused on lifecycle design and execution.
  • 5+ years experience in lifecycle or marketing operations.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, or marketing operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing a marketing automation platform.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with funnel data.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with business development teams.
  • Understanding of attribution concepts.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Office.
