Overview

IYF is seeking a dynamic, systems-minded leader who ensures programs deliver with excellence, quality, and accountability. The Director, Office of the Chief Program Officer is the connective tissue of IYF’s program engine—turning vision into action, solving problems across teams, and rallying people around change.

• Lead high-performing teams to deliver results with excellence, efficiency, and impact.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in managing complex programs.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and operational improvement abilities.
• Understanding of financial oversight and donor compliance.
• Exceptional communication and synthesis skills.
• Reliable deputy or senior advisor experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish preferred.
• Commitment to creating equitable systems of economic participation.
