The International Youth Foundation (IYF) is a global nonprofit organization with a rich 35-year history dedicated to connecting young people with economic opportunities that can transform their lives. IYF collaborates with a diverse range of partners, including governments, private foundations, and major corporations like Google and Hilton, to provide essential life skills and industry-specific training to youth, guiding them towards meaningful employment. With a strong presence in Latin America, the US, and Sub-Saharan Africa, IYF has made a significant impact by reaching youth in 182 countries through over 600 local partners, directly serving more than 8 million young people and reaching an additional 6 million online.
