Overview

The Program Director, U.S. Programs provides senior leadership for a portfolio of complex, high-visibility programs focused on equipping traditionally marginalized young people with market-relevant skills, pathways to employment, and opportunities for agency and leadership.

In Short

• Provide portfolio-level oversight for multiple complex U.S. programs.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, management, analytical, and representational skills.
• Experience delivering complex programs with compliance and risk management.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in high-consequence environments.
• Experience as a senior point of contact for funders and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years of experience managing complex programs or portfolios.
• Commitment to youth development, equity, and inclusive approaches.
• Strong cross-cultural competency and communication.
