Program Director - Remote

Overview

The Program Director will manage and implement customer requirements, coordinating project managers across a federal visa program to ensure successful project delivery.

• Manage all aspects of customer requirements for a federal visa program.
• Coordinate activities and schedules of project managers.
• Set project deadlines and assign responsibilities.
• Monitor overall cost, schedule, and delivery performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with Government program leadership.
• Provide overall contract oversight for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Lead development of executive reports and risk assessments.
• Identify performance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee staffing strategy and resource optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contract objectives.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• All work must be performed within the United States.
• Must have ability to receive and maintain a suitability clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10+ years in program management with experience in federal programs.
• Familiarity with U.S. immigration programs preferred.
• Graduate degree preferred (MBA/MPA/JD).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
