Deputy Chief Product Officer - Remote

We are looking for a Deputy Chief Product Officer (Deputy CPO) to drive the product strategy and operational excellence of our digital businesses. This role involves working closely with the CPO and cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, enhance monetization strategies, and ensure the successful scaling of our projects.

In Short

• Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with the company's vision and business goals.
• Oversee product performance and growth, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Optimize monetization models, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, and ad-based revenue streams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, working with marketing, development, analytics, and design teams.
• Identify and implement best practices in product management, improving processes and frameworks.
• Analyze market trends and competitors, staying ahead of industry innovations.
• Drive A/B testing and data-driven product improvements to enhance user engagement and retention.
• Support scaling initiatives, launching new product features and entering new markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in scaling digital products and driving monetization strategies.
• Strong analytical skills – ability to work with data, conduct market research, and develop actionable insights.
• Experience in subscription-based products, ad monetization, or SaaS.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and analytics.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
