Luminary Group is partnered with a world leading life science company who are seeking a visionary and accomplished Chief Product Officer (CPO) with expertise in Real-World Evidence (RWE) to drive the product strategy and innovation within the RWE domain.

In Short

• Lead the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap.
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with the executive team, sales, and marketing.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Engage with clients and industry experts to understand market needs.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Report directly to the CEO on product strategy and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Real-World Evidence and related technologies.
• Experience in product strategy and lifecycle management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus.
