In Short

• Develop and maintain accounting policies.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Create and document accounting policy in accordance with GAAP.
• Analyze and adopt new accounting standards.
• Support M&A activity from a technical accounting perspective.
• Work with FP&A on budgeting/forecasting.
• Provide guidance on accounting treatment.
• Assist with month-end close as needed.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA or equivalent license.
• Deep understanding of accounting standards.
• Financial reporting experience, public company or SEC filings.
• Interest in crypto is a bonus.
