PadSplit is hiring a Director of Design (Product & Marketing) to lead and elevate our design efforts across product and marketing, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience from first engagement to long-term retention.

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio of design deliverables.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Understanding of marketing and product metrics.
• Familiarity with marketplaces or real estate industries is a plus.
