The Director of Product Design at Sezzle will lead the design vision for the company's products, focusing on enhancing user experiences through innovative design strategies and AI/ML tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product/UX design.
• Experience leading senior designers.

• Fluency in graphic design principles.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-platform design systems.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in lending or payments is a plus.
• Familiarity with React Native.
• Public speaking or thought leadership experience is a plus.
