Sezzle is seeking a talented Director of Legal who will work closely with the Product team to integrate legal strategy into product development and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership required.
• 8+ years of legal experience, preferably in fintech.
• Experience with AI legal tools.
• Strong knowledge of consumer financial product regulations.
• Proven ability to partner with product and engineering teams.
• Experience in managing outside counsel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent proficiency in Office and Google Workspace.
