Requirements

• 10+ years in Product/UI/UX Design.
• 4+ years in design leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Discovery and Delivery.
• Ability to mentor and coach designers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to be hands-on with design work.
• Advanced level of English.
• Comfort with organizational transformation.
• Experience with a Product Operating Model is a plus.
