This position involves teaching live, online courses focused on AI for business, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and engaging with students to enhance their educational experience.

In Short

• Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours.
• Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community.
• Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course and mentor them.
• Evaluate student progress and maintain grade records.
• Collaborate with peers and staff to share best practices.
• Contribute to co-curricular programming to enrich the student experience.
• Stay current on industry and pedagogical trends relevant to online teaching.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in your subject area.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to high-quality online education.
• Passion for equity, access, and supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
• Available to commit 8-10 hours per week per course, with some flexibility for training.
