The Property Manager role involves providing excellent service to investors while managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal performance and resolving complex challenges.

Requirements

• Active California Real Estate License.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years experience in property management or real estate operations.
• Experience with property ownership is a plus.
• Cost and revenue management experience preferred.
• Tech savvy with property management software.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and able to meet deadlines.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
