Requirements
Active California Real Estate License.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
3+ years experience in property management or real estate operations.
Experience with property ownership is a plus.
Cost and revenue management experience preferred.
Tech savvy with property management software.
Extreme attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-driven and able to meet deadlines.
