Overview

Tarantino Properties is a full-service real estate company specializing in income producing real estate. We are seeking a remote Property Manager to oversee Sherman St and Franklin St communities, requiring the candidate to live near Norwich, Connecticut.

In Short

Inspect common areas daily for cleanliness and safety.
Maintain market information for pricing and marketing strategies.
Ensure quality of market-ready units.
Approve lease paperwork and ensure resident satisfaction.
Collect and manage property income accurately.
Approve invoices for goods and services.
Utilize accounts payable system effectively.
Work with office personnel on property management tasks.
Provide excellent customer service to residents.
Coordinate with various teams for property maintenance.

Requirements

Must live near Norwich, Connecticut.
