We are seeking a highly proficient Call Center Agent with advanced English skills to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional phone support, ensuring smooth scheduling, and effectively communicating with both patients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in phone support and customer service.
  • Reliable and able to work standard office hours in EST or MST time zones.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Dentrix and familiar with CRM tools (preferred).
  • Tech-savvy, with basic computer skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
