Overview

The Centralized Scheduler at UHAE Access Center is responsible for scheduling, cancelling, and registering outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory clinics, ensuring all necessary information is collected for effective scheduling and registration.

• Schedule and register patients for outpatient visits and procedures.
• Check in and check out patients according to guidelines.
• Obtain and verify patient information annually.
